Saturday � occasionally have production

What areas do you ship to?

We can ship to wherever you are.All orders are FOB our store (Burnaby, B.C.)

Can I have my order shipped via my own courier?

Yes, just advise us which courier to use & the account number when placing an order.

Do you have tours?

Organized tours for groups of 12 or more people are done in the mornings, during the week & must be pre-booked with Charlie.�
Tours available only for Grades 1 and up (including Seniors!)

By visiting our Burnaby store you see the same thing as on a tour, just without the story.� All machines/production & the Chocolate River is visible in our Burnaby store.

Most items can be shipped, and they are packed to the best of our ability but we can�t guarantee any breakage that may occur during shipping.

If we feel any item is extremely fragile and unsuitable for shipping, we will advise you.
