Orders can be shipped across Canada & to the USA. Due to the variety of the products we carry we are not able to provide a pre-determined freight cost at this time. Freight charges are determined on the final weight, size & destination (postal code) of the package.Within Canada
The majority of orders will be shipped by Canada Post & transit times vary depending on your location. Based on Canada Post’s website they estimate delivery to be anywhere from 1 – 7 days (not including us completing the order).
If you have the order shipped to a business address (not a house/apartment) & are located in a major city there is a possibility it may be cheaper to ship by courier. If you provide us with the business shipping address/ name we will ship by the least expensive method.
If you have your own courier account number with a specific company & would like to have the order shipped with them please provide those details when placing the order.To the USA
Shipping to the USA is limited to using Canada Post/USPS. Due to the tight FDA regulations with food (high administration cost for paperwork & brokerage) we are not prepared to ship orders by courier. According to Canada Post’s website they estimate transit to be a minimum of 4 business days (not including us completing the order). For a more accurate transit time to your state please refer to their website.

We accept orders of all sizes! There are no minimums when placing an order.
To place an order, online shopping is now available or you can email orders to firstname.lastname@example.org. You are also welcome to phone us to place an order.
Please note that due to our large selection of products we do not stock all the items & many are only ‘made to order’.
Lead times for an order vary with what item you would like, the quantity of pieces & the type of chocolate requested. For Molded Shapes please note White chocolate is generally run once every 2 weeks & Dark chocolate is run about twice a week. Milk chocolate is usually run daily. We will mention if there is a problem with your requested date when confirming the order.
We do offer tours for organized groups for ages Grade 1 through to seniors at our Burnaby location only. The tours are only available in the mornings, during the week, when pre-booked with Charlie. Charlie does require a group to be a minimum of 12 people.
If you are an individual or family & would like to visit you are more than welcome to come! We do not charge for visiting as we are a retail store open to the public.
We have made our facility in a manner that you can view all production areas from the retail store. You see the exact same things you would on a tour - just without Charlie’s “talk”. We have a chocolate river running, chocolates being made (approx. 9-3:15 during the week), a movie running (about how one of the machines coats chocolates) & hundreds of different chocolates & candies to see.
Tours will not be scheduled in the week before any major season (Valentines, Easter, Halloween or Christmas). Sorry we do not do tours for Birthday Parties, Summer Camps, Daycares or Spring Break kid’s camps.
We do have parking available, including space for buses. We are wheel chair accessible.
We do offer discounts on large orders. On our Boxed Chocolates, Regular & Seasonal Molded shapes or Bulk Chocolates we offer you:10% off $200.00 - $500.00
15% off $500.00 - $1000.00
20% off $1000.00 & more
This does not apply to the Supplies or Candy as those items already have bulk prices available (& are listed on each individual item).
Corporate Logo prices are pre-discounted & do not apply to the discounts above.

In store, we accept Cash, Interac/Debit cards, Visa, Mastercard or cheques.
When shopping online Visa, Mastercard, American Express & PayPal are accepted. Interac E-transfers* are also accepted & payment would be sent to email@example.com. Orders will not be shipped COD.
*Interac E-transfers are a safe & secure payment directly from your online banking account to ours without passing on any banking or credit card information.
We use Callebaut Chocolate from Belgium for our products.
Unless otherwise mentioned, all product weights are in GRAMS & dimensions are in INCHES.

Maltitol products are suitable for Diabetics. Maltitol is a sweetener made from corn & is used to make products without adding sugar.Can molded shapes be made in Maltitol ?
Yes! Items on our “Molded Shapes” or “Seasonal” list may be special ordered in Maltitol chocolate but you must allow up to 2 weeks for us to produce it. The Maltitol chocolate is also 1/3 more in price. Please note throughout the year we do stock a small selection of Molded & Seasonal items in both our Burnaby & Port Coquitlam locations.
Can I purchase a gift for someone & have you send it to them?
Yes! You can order items from our website & get them shipped directly to the person. We have small enclosure cards available & we will sign who the gift is from, along with a short message (if provided).
The solid chocolate is good for about a year when stored in a cool, dry location. Chocolate does not need to be refrigerated. Be sure to keep chocolate away from odors (garages, spice cupboards, etc).
Assorted Chocolates (those with Cream, Butter &/or Nuts) have a shelf life of about 4 months.
